Zinc
Pencil zinc ahould be: 3/8 NPT brass fitting 1-1/2x 1/2 dia for zinc I have used 2 x 1/2 before, maybe 2 1/2 x 1/2 I usually buy mine from a local marine store (Blue Water Marine, they are also in Alabama) rather than West Marine, about 1/3 to 1/2 the cost. Take the brass fitting in and try the zincs to fit one. I buy 4 or 5 replacement zincs at a time. I also keep one extra brass fitting in case I can't get the old zinc out.
