4JHE front cover removal trying to get this front cover off so I can slide the injection pump out the back side all the bolts are out of the front and don’t understand how to keep the the gear on the front in the proper place without getting the front cover off so we need to get the front cover off so we can mark the front gear and timing

what front cover? The plastic cover on the engine covering the belt? If that is what you are speaking about, that was the first thing I got rid of when I bought the boat. It is a hazard as it makes inspecting the engine difficult to do. Every boat I looked at that had the cover on also had a grossly loose belt with belt dust and oily dirt all over the engine. I like to inspect before during and after I am running.... cant do that with the yanmar cover on.
