I just returned from the Long Beach, CA boat show. Hull number three was there in all its glory. I spent a lot of time going through it and came away very impressed. Hunter has apparently listened to 410 owner comments and suggestions. The bow has been totally redesigned as it cuts through the water. It appears to be more knifelike with a configuration to spill water out from the rest of the hull. There is a 356 style lazerette in the cockpit. The sliding lexan panels enclosing the companionway have been replaced by two doors. The galley has tons of storeage. Same for the two heads. Showers now have teak footings. The Yanmar has been upgraded to 56hp. The interior saloon has been lowered and extends out to the hull. This allows for greater room and headspace. The aft stateroom also is more roomy with more closet and shelf space. The show price was $233,401 with the broker picking up the sales tax. Included in this was full commissioning and dealer add-ons. John Richard s/v Jack's Place
