Hello all,

I am trying to calculate power usage on boat and was wondering if anybody knew the model number of the Adler - Barbour unit in our boat. I looked in the box and saw no numbers.... didn't have time to take apart the housing in the lazarrette.
Thanks....

Because you are freezing and drawing cool to a reefer, plus running a circulation fan I would up Stu's estimate to 8 amps running. I sometimes see 10 amps. Your cycling percentage is largely dependent on your use practices, keep the freezer full, keep your reefer full of cold items, maintain your gaskets, and don't be opening the reefer for every cold pop you drink...you can probably hit 50% cycling.

I have been watching my monitor and those numbers seem right on..::: damn you guys are smart. My refrig also has a temp control unit added.... not sure if I like it or not as I have to reprogram if I want to change temps rather than just spin a dial. Would like to temp display only.....
