I sailed Sabrina a 411 Celebration from Almerimar, Spain 8 June 06 to Galway, Ireland arriving 23 June 06. She sailed well, behaved very well, passing the Fastnet in 40kn winds and 20ft breaking seas at 0130, black as pitch. This test answered some of my questions. But as I prepare for a voyage accrosss the Atlantic in the ARC race Nov 07 I wish to seek the advise of experienced skipper owners who have tasted the good the bad and the ugly. My main issues are1. inner forestay to carry a storm sail - how to fit a removable one2. jury rig options3. what generator and water maker is best4. what suit of sails 5. spares6. any other useful suggestionsMany thanksKevin Hemail me at kheery@eircom.net
