With some help from Eddie Breeden at Marlo-Hunter I was able to locate the original manufacturer for the gaskets used on the 40.5. I just ordered a set and they fit perfect and received within 10 days of order.

Information is as follows:
Refrigeration Hardware Phone 800-423-2446
gasket Model 02-160

Freezer gasket: 7/16" COMP GASK GRAY P/FT -SV- 1EA: 15 3/8 X 16 Cost: $ 22.80

Refrigerator Lid: 7/16" COMP GASK GRAY P/FT -SV- 1EA: 17 5/8 X 19 5/8
Cost: $ 26.60

Refrigerator Door 7/16" COMP GASK GRAY P/FT -SV- 1EA: 16 1/8 X 24 1/4

The new gaskets are soft and seal great !!

Great info Michael! Now you need to tell us if the replacement improved the performance-

Less ice buildup? Less power consumed?

BTW, with the new gaskets does the dollar bill test pass everywhere?

I will need to have some time to respond to the performance question but the dollar bill test worked fine.

Hi Michael,

Thank you very much for the info. I called the place and they are not sure what is the part you ordered and the website does not show the 2-160.

Could you please post a copy of the invoice, or maybe a name who you ordered from.

Hi Michael,

Ordered parts from Sally. She remembered you and the order and was thankful to you for sharing the info. If ordering ask for Sally and she will have a reference for the 40.5.

Thanks again...

I checked the gasket on my 410 and it is a little different. I called RHS and talked to John. I then sent him photos and mine is a 47-110. John was very helpful.
