I have rebuilt this raw water pump before but it has been many years since doing it and have all kinds of info and photo’s
but the one thing before putting the pump in a vise to press out the shaft is where I am having senior moment.
Do I press the shaft out through the impeller side or out the shaft side where the pulley goes.
I like some help before putting in my vise.
I just replaced this pump with a spare pump I carry on our 07 H-36 and while out for a week last week I needed to make the change and can’t remember if this spare was rebuilt and it seems fine coming home after motoring over 5 hours.
We are going back out for a week or two and wife is insisting and bring a good working pump with us.
