3gm30f injection pump rack control stuck

Hi, everyone. I have a problem with my injection pump. I've installed it somehow wrong and rack control moves only few millimeters. It installed without problems.
any ideas how to remove the pump?

Welcome aboard !
The shop manual is unnder "owner Resources" and "General Downloads"
scroll down in this (part 2 of 3) and there is detail of the injection pump .. First, disconnect the speed control cable and see if that is not causing the short movement..

The picture shows the governor actuator lever ("the fork" - the lever that has a deep notch.) The pin in the rack must engage into that slot. Engagement happens when you lower the injection pump into the case. So - you need to unbolt the pump, raise it up so as to align the rack pin with the fork slot, then lower the pump into place. See 14-40 in the Yanmar Service Manual. If you don't have the manual I can send a copy via email.

Eventually I managed to remove it. It was 128170-51101 PLUNGER W/BARREL broken. Have no idea how it happened...
