My recently purchased 380 has a real nice factory table. It has two leafes and a center part (that is excellent for storage) along with two drink holders. When sailing and doing a lot of tacks, it really gets in the way. The boat is wide and I do need the lower stainless steel mount for footing while the boat is hiked over.. Has anyone modified their table by sleeving the lower portion and placing a cap over the upright stainless while sailing? This would allow reinsertion of the table after sailing (for dining).....Premature thanks
