Got a '79 37C Cherubini that has no table in the cabin. Would anyone have detail drawings or pictures of the foldout table that starts behind and around the mast? I am in the need to make one. or so my wife says.

We also took ours out, but I then took part of the top and made a wine rack on the wall with a fold down table. I will take some pictures this weekend and post them for you. The rack and table work fine, and the space is the best.

I love the table, such quality and it really shines. The wine box in the center is a bonus. I did modify mine so that I can remove it easily. Originally it had a hole for the mast. And the forward leg was in front of the mast. I moved that leg to the other side of the mast, bolted it to the wine box. Then I cut the piece out from the hole to the forward end using an angle cut. That piece fits back in and secures with an under table clamp. If I need to work in the bilge or pull the mast I just move the table.

P.S. Did you see Dave Simpson's table in "Owner's Mods": http://hunter.sailboatowners.com/in...&cat_id=38&aid=7381&page=article&mn=37-cutter ? Somewhere there is a picture of a fold down, a good idea. And here are a couple of pictures from my files.

Joel, Bill and Mr. Ed,
Sorry it took so long to reply. Been redoin' the land based house. Thanks for the pictures . They are great. I think I can manage to construct something from these that the Mrs. will be satisfied with. Me... a TV tray works great.
Thanks again.
