I'd send it back to Raritan...
It'll cost you about $7 each way in shipping...they'll check it over completely and tell you what, if anything, needs to be done to it. If it's one of the old dial control models, you'll definitely want to replace the control module...Raritan has finally discontinued all parts and support for it. The good news is, replacing the control upgrades it to the current state of the art MC model, and till the end of the year Raritan is offering the upgrade for half it's regular list price of $350--meaning you get it for $175,
