33 Leaks

Several ports leaking on my 2006 Hunter 33. Very bad leak showing up in aft port cabinet next to microwave.

Has anyone experienced these problems? Does Hunter stand behind these problems on a four year old boat. Shouldn't have this many leaks :confused:

I am really surprised it took 4 years for the leak to start,are you sure they are closing tight because they open inward I think your 33 may be different than my2007 36.
Can you see where the leak is coming from.

I had a leak on my 2004 H33 aft port in the rear cabin and fixed it by taking the rubber seal off and sikaflexing it all round before replacing. That was a couple of years back and it hasn't leaked since. I also had a leak down the ss mast compression post and this required similar treatment and is now OK.

I would start by making sure the window is closing tight Make sure the window is clean and their isn't anything caught in the rubber seal in the frame, make sure the rubber is clean and no tears in the seal.
If it's then still leaking may have to pull the frame and re-caulk?
