When I bought my '79 33 a few years ago it didn't have a door on the Head. It really hasn't been a problem for me since we are in Florida and air circulation is a good thing and shower curtain is an adequate visual barrier. That being said I put the girl up for sale, to acquire something a lil bigger, and it has been noted that a door on the Head would be more aesthetic. Any idea where I can get one?

Have a carpenter make one for you; not hard with the right material and tools.

There was a great posting in the archives about the construction of a bi fold door, see if you can find it.

I just live a few miles from The Marine Connection and shop there when I need boat stuff. They might have one that could be made to fit, but probably not the one that came off the boat. They do have enough boat doors, tables and moulding to make something if you're good at wood working. The liquidator part suggests that their stuff is reasonably priced. Not always true. Some stuff is priced good but a lot of it is more expensive than West Marine.

Not having a door for the bathroom is not a deal breaker in my book....i wouldn't worry about it. A jeri rigged door would hurt more than help. An actual 33 door would be hard to find and expensive if you did. Put up a cutain and let the buyer do what he wants.
