1992 Hunter 335

Hi Joe, I own a 1992 335 which I think is terrific. I've owned it for two years. It was kept in great shape by the prior owner, and by me too I think. I don't race, but I cruise a fair bit on the saltwater around here but not on the open ocean. My boat has been wonderful for cruising. I would echo Steve's question. If there are specific things you want to know about, please let us know and we'll try to respond. Gary Wyngarden S/V Shibumi H335

P.S.

Joe, have you have checked the "Boat Reviews" page on this site? There should be a dozen or so reviews of this boat.

Ditto on the earlier responses

Great boat! We have a '90 with the transverse aft berth and liked it better than the for-aft design. Let us know what else you would like to hear about.

The 335

Joe, read my latest review on the 335 and also my response to the person with the rig tuning question. Don't know about your boat but mine came from the factory with a deck sweeping roller furling 135 and a very raked fully batten main. If you want an open class racer with cruising room below for you and the sweetie and don't have the bucks to spend on something else than the 335 is the boat for you. Best of luck, Don
