321 Oceanis in mast furling

I have a 321 oceanis with in mast furling and having problems with furling the main. My Mast is straight and the furler works with no problem while unfuring the main however furiling back is almost impossible and I have to hand furl the main back in the mast. I have dropped the sail to check that the furling line is in the proper position and not wrapped around the furler and have tried to change the tenioning of the main lluff but no change.
ANY HELP would be appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
