321 in-mast furler

The corner of our main sail does not furl far enough into the mast. Although most of what shows is covered with protective material, a few inces of unprotected sail remain outside the mast. We have tried unsuccessfully to put another internal wrap on the furling line, but the line jams in the mast. Has anyone else experienced this and been able to solve this challenge? In-mast furling

Dave; The only thing I can suggest is to make the wraps in the mast tighter to take up less room. Seems to work on my Ben 40 with in-mast furling.
