Irrelevant
The prices back then don't matter much today. What matters is the comparative prices of models for sale. Proximity matters. I got a good deal on my 320 from Crazy Dave outside Wilmington NC, but he had to truck it to Pamlico Sound where I hired a guy to bring it up the intercostal to Norflok. I took it from there.
Another key factor is in-mast furling. I saw a 326 steal at 60k years ago when it was worth 75k, but it had the conventional mainsail. My in-mast furl proved well worth the modest difference in price.
One advantage you have is that all these boats are easily found on the Intenet at sail.com etc. so you can do some quick comparisons. That said, there's nothing like a reputable Hunter dealer. I recommend Crazy Dave as well as Norton Yachts in Deltaville VA.
Happy hunting. It's more fun than trying to find a new gal... well not quite.
