Thanks, Al. I'm sorry too that someone apart from Hunter didn't make it. Just had to fit new bearings and found the bottom sleeve which sits in the water is magnetic, ie non- marine grade st. steel. Corrosion evident after 1 season, bearing will disappear after 5! Hunter say they have never had a problem but they sure will! Julian
