Could someone please post a picture of their mainsheet setup lead back to the cockpit. I am putting mine back together after a few years apart and am scratching my head.

Thanks

Dave

Mainsheet 34

Mine is non-standard .. but this is what it looks like:
saves a lot of friction in the system by not going to the mast and back to the cockpit. Old rig had a fiddle block on the traveler with last leg going to the boom then forward then down then back thru the line organizer. Mine has three fewer blocks..

Off topic .. Dorade boxes and vents..
On this series of Hunters (including the 34) the dorade box is not separated .. Having the air vents looking in opposite directions defeats the air movement capability since air entering one vent will exit the other vent without substantially entering the cabin.. Opposite looking vents are for separated dorades which is the norm, where it causes cross ventilation in the cabin.. but it does not do that on these boats. Original cross ventilation on these boats was to enter from the dorade and exit through the two Vitus mushroom vents ..

Kloudie - thanks for the input on dorade boxes/vents. didn't realize that was the case on these boats.

You're welcome, Jerry. The cabin gets so hot that every little bit helps.
