2QM15 Exhaust Manifold

Be aware Yanmar has a strict distribution policy relating to areas of service for their distributors. This controls cost/prices upwards. You might want to spec a used parts seller's inventory.
If one of the pieces you need is a exhaust manifold and mixing elbow assembly, I have one that may be serviceable. It came from a Yanmar 2GM20F.

If you have not done it already, you should get the whole manifold and mixing elbow off and evaluate everything, including the gasket surfaces and the condition of the threads in the engine so you know the totality of what you are up against. I was able to get repairs done to the manifold on a 3QM30.

Friends of ours were looking for a crankshaft for a 3QM30 and found one there for a fraction of the Yanmar price. Apparently Yanmar and John Deere use many of the same parts and, I am told, these guys have the cross referenced parts list.

We have removed all the parts for the exhaust system. Two cracks were found and repairs were made. Waiting for the parts I have ordered to put it all back together.
I would like to find a replacement manifold so if the fix doesn't last I have a backup. The motor runs great so way not.
I will keep looking as your recommendations come in!

you will have to find a used one ...they are no longer available from yanmar parts here is a copy of the parts catalogue
