On my H290, I have a grey electrical cable hanging out of the sail track. This ispreventing the main sail from going up. It appears to be for the mast head/anchor light. Has anyone seen this and is it even possible?
If you look on the Dwyer site at their mast extrusion profiles, it shouldn't be possible. The centers are closed for strength. Could the PO have run some temporary wires up to bypass and test the light/? Looks like a trip on a bosun chair is in the future.
PS: I didn't see the T-bird at the moonlight car show. Did we miss you? https://www.dwyermast.com/families.asp?cat1ID=20&cat1Name=Masts
