I have multiple sheaves on either side and in front of the mast at the base but how many sheaves are there at the mast head? I have halyards for the main and topping lift and can see that there appears to be a block at the front face of the mast a foot or so from the top, although currently no halyard is installed. I'm thinking this is going to be my only shot at flying a chute but are there other blocks up there waiting to be discovered. If not what is the point of all the blocks down below? Mine is a 272LE but must assume same applies to 272. Brian.
