I like the bigger bow pulpit, and the position of running light. I don't care for the "double cabin" look. Appears it would offer more of a windage problem. Rudder location is interesting. How she handles as a result will be interesting too. The pedestal steering, looks as though it will improve space for the cockpit. It will be interesting to see what the interior of the cabin will be like. Rumor has it, that the head was moved forward. It will be interesting to see how much more the boat weighs in comparison to the 26X, and if the trailer carrying it was beefed up too, to accomodate the added weight. I look forward to checking the 26M out, up close and personal, even though I have a 26X and like it. Finding out how the 26M stacks up against the 26X in the sailing, and under power, should be interesting too.
