At the conclusion of a recent race my 1987 26.5 was bumped in the stern by another boat, so much so that it popped the 26.5's ladder breaking the weld on the ladder frame and sending the ladder into 60 feet of water. The skipper at fault has offered to replace the ladder yet Hunter has advised me that the plans for this ladder have been sold to Tops in Quality. I am curious if anyone has other ideas on obtaining a new stock ladder, besides diving into 60 feet for a retrevial.

What's the problem with TIQ?

I pass by Tops-in-Quality at least twice a day from/to work. I haven't heard anything bad about their work. Being local, is there something that I haven't heard that is being said down in TN? Hunter only makes the boats, not all the stuff that goes in them.

No problem at TIQ

I don't have a problem with TIQ only looking for options, TIQ did say they would have to gain measurements etc. I was hoping to gain a fast solution
