I had an 84 H25.5 and replaced the bulkheads and much of the interior wood. Everything is 1/2" Teak Vener marine ply. The teak and holly floor is 3/4".
I supported the mast with a 2x4 and a bottle jack and removed the bulkhead. (Loosen the rig!) then with a router and a trim router bit i duplicated the existing rotted bulkhead and position of the holes for the chainplates. Before finishing I used west system epoxy to seal the edges incase of future leaks to prevent rot from getting in the end grains of the plywood.
Then used Daileys Teak Oil to match the finish and reinstalled.
