25.5 Poptop delaminating

My poptop on my 1985 25.5 is delaminating. It seems to be absorbing water in between the upper and lower laminations of the poptop and it drips out into the boat on a regular basis. This winter the water obliviously froze and cracked the interior gel-coat and it now weeps through this hole even when we haven't had any rain for awhile. Any suggestions on how to fix this would be appreciated.

Thank you...sorry I didn't see there was already extensive coverage of this issue!

Hunter 255 Deale
I just bought a 86 hunter 255 (great boat!) in August, and have never opened the poptop - never had a reason to but want to try that out now. Early on I unlatched everything but it was not moving so did not want to use force in ignorance.
I know now (from online pictures that show it 'up') that I was laboring under a major misconception... I thought the poptop popped up an inch or two and slid forward 18 inches and rested on the cabin top deck so as to make the main cabin something like an open air cockpit extension, for sailing enjoyment. Totally Wrong, but that guess made sense to me at the time. I gather instead the purpose is to invite mosquitos into the cabin during overnight anchorages?
I suppose I think of the boat more as a day sailor, but I will surely do an overnight as soon as late Spring weather invites.
1) Is there a poptop use instruction out there someplace?
2) Anyway, the poptop was also collecting water during rain, and some small amount was getting into the cabin. then when people got on the boat and got it swaying, more water would slosh out. I drilled in a hole, and ran a silicon tube (soda straw size) from the hole to over the sink - more or less all the water now goes into the sink as far as I can tell.
