I have my boat in Australia and I want to replace the TV/Phone inlet with a 240voltAC inlet. I see that you can purchase the 125voltAC inlets but Hunter must have had the 240volt inlets for boats sold overseas. Hope that some one can help me find where I may be able to purchase one, Thanks

125VAC inlet works as well for 230VAC. However, 110VAC Outlet socket is different to 230VAC.

I want to put a 240volt AC plug in, to run a new battery charger and just a couple of new power points, usually have enough power with the solar and wind generators but just want to be able to charge up the batteries with out having to start the genset when at the marina

Hunter never installed shore power on the 240 as that was an individual choice. I am acclimated to the AC or 120/110 and not the 240 which you have in your country.

My boat came with 230VAC setup stock from Hunter factory. If you can't find the smallish 230V sockets (which is what I think you meant), you could actually use those sockets for home.
If you don't want to change out, then get a 4-way power socket extension and fit a 110V plug to it.
