I’d like to replace my badly bent tiller extension with a new, telescoping one. What I can’t quite figure out from searching online is how to mount a new tiller extension joint to my rounded, aluminum tiller. Here is a picture of how the existing Ronstan extension is mounted (not sure if it was original to the boat or added by previous owner). What am I missing? Any advice?
