Looking for a mooring/dock cover for my 240. Would like a Sailor Tailor cover but they hav no template for 240. Would anyone know where to get a measured schematic of the deck topside or a company that already makes a 240 cover?

I can tell you, no cover will work when trailering the 240. I sent you a private message but no response. Unless you can get a local company to come measure for a cover, you will probably have to transport your boat to a mfg. if no one has measurements for the 240. I believe Sailor’s Taylor is in Ohio and because they are well known for quality, I would take a 240 to measure. Former dealer involved with the design of your boat
I could not respond to private massage. Sailors tailor is 8.5 hrs away. Locally I was told it would be around a year to get it made.
I was hoping someone would have had one made already that could recommend a manufacturer. I do not plan on needing this for
trailering. Just an easy to set cover to keep the decks/cockpit clean between uses at my dock.

l can’t believe, with the popularity of the boat, that no one has a pattern or the measurements available.
SailorTaylor said they do not have a pattern for 240. they would have to start from scratch, so the unusu long wait.
they do have a pattern for a 260 Hunter. I’m sure it could We made it to work, (2 feet shorter 8 inches narrower)
They do offer a deck layout notating safety line stantions and cleat location for a Catalina 22. That boat is very close in dimensions to a 240. any help will be greatly appreciated!

In SW VA smith mtn lake. I am hoping we are getting close to have Sailors Tailor get one made for our 240Ours is basically to keep the birds from leaving a mess
Sailors Tailor is excellent but they are slow, as well. It took nearly 6mo for me to get my mainsail cover, but I was very happy with the quality when I did get it.
