240 bunkboards

My 240 has two side by side 2x6 boards for the centerboard to rest on. I always have the problem of the boat being an inch port of center and therefore the centerboard only rests on one of the boards. It makes a pretty good sag in that board! Has anyone upgraded to a 2x10 single board? The boat next to me in my trailer parking slot has a new 260 and that boat only sits on one board.

240 trailer

I took delivery of my 240 in April of this year. Our trailer came with a 2x12 bunk for the centerboard,but last month I was under the trailer and noticed that the board was splitting right down the middle. Of course I took the boat and trailer back to the dealer and they replaced it right away. ~Carl~
