235 centerboard plastic derlin sheave

The plastic sheave that the 1/2 in pin runs through is broken on the centerboard 1993 hunter 235 and need to know the size and where I might get a replacement asap. Of course my boat is on jack stands at a shipyard and they charge by the second.

Thanks for your response. I called hunter and they said they would have to make one and would take 7 to 10days. So I called a machine shop and they made me one just like the old one. Took them about 15min and all they wanted was a case of beer. I believe there is light at the end of the tunnel on this project.

Once at Hunter many years ago, I was called into the Factory manager's office as he had heard of the home made peach brandy I brought and gave out. It is called moonshine in my neck of the woods. He warned me I could loose my dealership but I told him I just left 7 gallons for Warren Luhrs in his office for his next around the world race. I left closing the door and started laughing hard along with the rest of the office staff. Funny thing he never said anything to scold me again.
