23 rudder replacement

As a result of Hurricane Isabelle I lost my rudder and tiller. Does anyone know where I can find plans for a rudder and tiller for my 23'?

Ed, I thought there were plans floating around from someone that made up their own rudder. I'm sure you know that Rudy at www.drmarine.com can get you one if you choose to go that route. In thinking about it, that may be the easiest and cost effective way to get a new one. Unless you have all the fibreglass stuff and expertise. Good luck, and post how things turn out. Adam

O'Day 23 Rudder/Tiller

Foss Foam Products makes rudders if Rudy can't get you one. I used a West Marine tiller as a replacement on my O'Day 23 and it worked fine.

THANKS TO JAY & ADAM FOR YOUR HELP! SINCE I AM NEW TO THIS I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT RUDY BUT I DO NOW!
