I have a 23.5 and possibly looking to go bigger. I am considering either a h26 or 260. The move is only 2.5' longer and a little wider. I have not been on either of the 26 and just looking to see if I would notice a big difference. None are around me to view and I would be buying the boat sight unsean. Mainly because of the distance and price. The only part of the 23.5 I do not like is the cabin head height and lack of storage space.

you will definitly notice the size difference from the 23.5.... is it a 26 or a 260? the 260 has more head room than the 26, i believe...
Size matters!
There is quite a difference in size, features, and headroom! We have had both sizes and there are some trade offs. There is a door on the head with a seperate sink. There is a large table in the 26 but it needs to be rotated to create a really large v- berth. It also has more galley area and an Origo 2 burner alcohol unless it has been upgraded. I think the headroom is about 5 foot six. It does weigh considerably more and is a bit too wide to legally tow without permits etc. There is more in the boat info and tons of comments around this site somewhere!
