23.5 Stern Rail Seat kit

anyone know any good places to look to find a stern rail seat kit for a 1994 23.5?

i know they dont make them anymore and when i called hunter they said they lost the plan with all the specs if i wanted to get them made.....

any idea would be appreciated....
