Has anybody pulled the whole keel and support cartridge on a 216? I know you just unscrew the 8 bolts and sling the crossmembers fore and aft and pull out. Should the keel be in the lowered position? Is there any 5200 or anything glueing/sealing it in? I'm painting the bottom and wondering if I need to pull the keel or just paint what I can reach when the boat is blocked up? At the club there is a crane and all kinds of lifting gear so that's not a problem. THX ALL!
