2021 Oceanis 381 Wiring Diagram

Does anyone know where I can get an accurate wiring diagram for the 2021 Oceanis 381? My owners manual isn't updated for my electrical panel and I want to connect a deck light to the Aux switch or Deck Light switch that doesn't seem to do anything. Here is the 2021 panel that is not in the owner's manual.

A dealer might be able to get you one since the 38.1 is still in production, but I wouldn’t be too optimistic. I also doubt it would go to any level of detail better than just showing that a wire runs from the light to the panel. Boat production is not as repeatable and documented as car production.

Is there not a deck light fixture at all now, or does it just not work?

The deck light is not part of the current steaming light on the mast but there is a combination steaming/deck light available after market. If I have to run a wire up the mast, I need to know where to connect it on the panel which is a circuit board. I've checked the connectors on the back of the circuit board with a Volt meter but not finding any empty spots in the connectors that show voltage when I flip those switches. Since all my lights are up the mast, I'm also looking to do some red and green running lights on the bow. Again, not intuitive or documented by Beneteau. As an almost retired IT guy, if they would just give me some info, I'll figure it out. Local dealer is useless. Seems when they get paid and deliver a boat, they don't want to talk to you anymore.

Do you have a picture of the back of the panel? If it’s a VDO like mine the light should indeed be powered by one of the pins in those connectors. I don’t remember which bank of connectors or pins unfortunately. I was able to find the manual for part of my panel but it only has the pinout for the center part of the panel with the water and fuel sensors, not the switches.

Here is the main board with the switches and the smaller board to the right with the display. I tried checking for voltage down the empty holes in all 4 of the white connectors. There is also a single red wire with a dangling connector hanging off the harness. No voltage anywhere with the Aux or Deck Light switches flipped on. I also looked at the white connector behind the board in the black box.

It’s possible they wired it for a light all the way to the mast step or even up the mast. In that case the pin would have a wire connected.

On the 37 all the mast head lights go to a wire connector in the table under the compression post. If you have a connector like that you could unscrew it and test the pins to see if one gets power from that switch. I checked mine that way once but unfortunately I didn’t keep my notes on the pinout.

In case it helps, here's what the compartment under my table looks like on the 37. The black connector with the purple wires is for all the mast lights.

Maybe you will have better luck than me.
A few weeks ago the delay relay for the shower stall sump pump failed (requiring the battery bank to be disconnected to turn off the pump). I talked to the local dealership. They could order me a new relay, but no help on where it was located. I called the Beneteau facility in Marion, where the boat was built. “The relay is in the starboard aft area. “ I ended up in the lazarette, on my back, swearing and finally found it.
For all the care they take in installing the wiring, one would think it would be documented.

I am in that FB group. Sheiber finally emailed me back and and sent the manual for the panel even if it is in French. I have the pinouts of the connectors on the back of the circuit board. In case anyone else needs it.
