Below are the reservation details for the 2012 PNW Rendezvous. It is being held at Telegraph Harbour Marina in the Canadian Gulf Islands, located at 48°58.948'N, 123°40.225'W

Please note that the event is not limited to Albin Vegas; anyone with any boat can attend.

This letter serves as your confirmation notice for the 2012 Vega Rendezvous at Telegraph Harbour Marina.

The dates we have reserved for your group are:
July 13, Friday & July 14, Saturday

We are holding 10 spaces for your group. Each boat captain is required to call in their individual reservation and guarantee it to a credit card number. Our toll free line is 1 (800) 246-6011.

Our cancellation policy is that you have until 12:00 noon the day prior to the reservation date to cancel.

Our moorage rates are $1.30/foot and power is extra at $6.00 for 15amp and $8.00 for 30amp.

There will be a Summer Market on Sunday from 10 am -12 pm in our Pavilion. Please let your members know so that they might attend.

I might also mention that you don't even need to have a boat, just a hankering for good company and lots of boat noodling. There're lots of land-based accommodations available on Thetis Island, and it's only a short ferry ride over from the "Big" island.
