2012 Hunter 41DS Water tank valve location

I have not used my 2012 41ds for three years and now I am getting her ready for a two week cruise. For the life of me I cannot locate the fresh water tank valves to switch from one tank to the other. I looked in the manual but could not find them where show they are . Anybody know where they are?

Under the sink - there is the distribution manifold for the plumbing.
My 41DS has an intake line from each tank, with an on/off valve, into a T into the manifold.
