2008 or Above Hunter 33 Owner

I am currently a Precision 23 owner and very satisfied with my boat. But it's getting a little small for my wife and we hope to in the future purchase a 32 foot or better sailboat. A few years ago I researched the Hunter 33 and liked what I saw other than some talk about Hunter's financial issues and they had shown up in the quality of the boat. Can anyone speak to that issue and the performance/quality of the most recent Hunter 33's

I have been very pleased with my 2005 H33. My wife and I bought it new in 2006 as our first boat and we could not have made a better choice...although we are ready to move up to a larger Hunter soon. The Hunter Owners website has a section on Owner Reviews and there are several on late model 33's.
