2008 Beneteau 40 vs Beneteau Oceanis 40? Is there a difference?

Hi Beneteau folks,
Can anyone tell me the difference between a 2008 Beneteau 40 vs a Beneteau 40 Oceanis? It appears that the Beneteau 40 'might' have a full shower stall but I can't find details on the actual differences. Maybe it's the same boat marketed under different names and the shower stall was just an option?
Any insight would be appreciated.

I think they’re basically the same boat but with different branding. The Oceanis branding was used more extensively in Europe in that generation if I remember right. The bigger possibility for differences within the model is that there were 2 and 3 cabin versions. The 3 cabin version is more targeted for the charter market and probably changes the head layout.
