I'm looking at a 2005 h31 to buy and need to know any thing I need to pay special attention to?

also does the table fold down for double berth?

I've not had any major issues with my 33, same year.
You can check the reviews in here. They are mixed with the older and newer, but there are a few on the same build as the 2005.
