Hello,
I have a 2003 Beneteau 42CC. My question is regarding the Hydraulic Steering.
At the helm a clunk has developed when moving the wheel back and forth
just an inch or two, and when reversing the direction of the wheel.
The boat was built in France and I am unable to determine what brand of
steering components they installed. I also am not sure where the clunk
is coming from.
The wheel is tight in the shaft.
Could it be the stop valve?
Your help and advise would be appreciated.
