2000 Hunter 380 stanchion rebed question

Hi all,
Just purchased a 2000 Hunter 380 and the surveyor said the deck was wet aroubd the boarding deck stanchions and they needed to be removed, epoxy injected and remounted. On my old Challenger the stanchions are through bolted, but I can’t for the life of me find how you would access the bolts from inside.
Before I get neck deep in the project, can someone tell me if these are screws or are they through bolted. If the latter, how do you access the nuts?
Thanks from Seattle!

There are no nuts. What's hidden in the FG is a 3/8" threaded aluminum plate. The machine screws are screwed into the various plates placed in the deck and cabin top as required. I have removed two screws from a cleat. One came out very nicely and the other one was destroyed and most likely the threaded hole in the plate with it. Fortunately, I was able to get under the destroyed screw and install a nut. 50-50 proposition at best.

That's not going to be easy with the aluminum plate in there.

Oh that is not good news. So, I'm supposed to be able to get the screw back into a hole I cannot see? Perhaps it is time to call the company for advice. Thank you for your quick reply.

the holes in each plate are of the same pattern as the stanchion base.
