2 Questions: 1. What material is the rudder made out of. ( I think wood and my wife thinks plastic.)If the paint is worn off the bottom edge (as well as about a quarter inch of the bottom of the rudder) does it need to be repainted? 2. If the blue cover is removed, there are two small holes in the front of the storage area. What are these for? Thanks!
