these are about 2-3 feet apart near the cockpit. we thought perhaps they are for the spinnaker sheets perhaps? there are two other sails that came with this boat. one is a very large colorful sail, much lighter weight and the other looks like a jib but is much smaller in size, perhaps a storm jib? is a light wind radial head drifter another name for a spinnaker as the previous owner was canadian and referred to it as such?

Deck Blocks

John could these be your working jib (110%), or smaller jib (storm) sheet blocks. These are stand alone blocks located at about the same location on my 25. The sheeting angle for this block allows tight, low attachment at the clew of the jib. The radial head drifter, is known by many different names, depending on what loft makes them. I have heard DRS (drifter, reaching spinnaker), spanker, gennaker, poleless assymetrical spinnaker etc. This is an excellent light air sail, that sets much easier than a poled symmetrical spinnaker. You are fortunate indeed to have one onboard. Don
