1999 good old boat article

Gang,
I got a copy of the Good Old Boat issue with the Vega in it. I'd like
to make it available to the group but I don't have a scanner. Anyone
in the greater New York area have a scanner? Will JPGs do? What say?
If this is already widely available please let me know.
