1996 hunter 29.5 autohelm wind

Hi, my autohelm wind stopped giving direction and speed. It still has power to unit. A rigger went up mast and power checked ok. A raymarine autopilot was installed last year and both units talked to each other then wind unit stopped this week after a year and half of working. what to do

In addition to power there should be some wires from the wind transducer at the top of the mast that connect to the display that carry signals the display unit needs to receive in order to display something. The picture looks like a display that is not receiving anything from the transducer. There could be an issue with the wiring. If you can get access to the rear of the display try cleaning all connections there, you might get lucky and fix it.
