1995 Hunter 336 Jib Sheets

Am replacing and need the lengths. All rigging sites seem only to give the total cost and not the length.

On our Hunter 33.5 (1990) the Jib Sheets are 7/16" Double Braid Sta-Set X and are each 40 Ft. long.

The size of your largest headsail will determine the length of your sheets. For a 150 headsail 1.5 times the boat length will work. For a 130, 1.3 times, and a 100 would be just LOA.

Thanks Alan. I measure the old ones with the 95% headsail and they were about 9 inches short of 30 feet.

New question: Need to replace the topping lift. Any length, size, and type of cordage?

Owner's manual says jib sheets are 7/16ths, 34 feet long, qty two. Topping lift is shown as 3/8ths line, 100 ft. The topping lift data is hand written on my copy though, so I don't know if the manual came that way from the factory, or it was written in by the PO. I've attached the file.

Thanks for the list. I'll keep it with my manual on the boat. 100 feet was spot on for the topping lift. The messenger line jumped the sheave so someone had to go up the mast and feed the new lift line.
Now that I have new jib sheets, topping lift, and traveler lines, the rest (main sheet and reef lines) are begging for replacement (8 <
