1995 - 40.5 - Rudder Bearings

Would anyone know the size and or manufacturer of the top and bottom rudder bearing including the lower brass and nylon? ones. I have some play in the lower bearings, the brass one seems to be slipping down and binding on the top of the rudder. Thanks in advance for any and all assistance.

Thanks for the quick reply and the thread. Will have a look at the drawings and hopefully a machinist friend can come up with something he's a marvel for problem solving.

I will for sure. My friend the machinist is outside Fredericton and I'm in Saint Andrews, with the Covid situation we aren't supposed to travel between zones until after March 8th so it will be after that date for sure. Are you in the same situation re: Play in the rudder bearings?
