1994 Hunter 30' - Good Boat?

I am looking at a '94 30ft for my family (two small kiddo's). Are their any quirks to this model that I should know about? Any standard equipment problems?

Hunter 30 T

I own a 1993 30 T. It is a great sailing boat with good room below. Definitely a great weekend boat for a couple and even small kids. 18 HP diseal I feel just adequate for size and weight of boat. Need to reef tall rig when winds get stronger than 17 MPH. Have a good survey done to check out hull and systems. I have had blistering on my hull which are mostly cosmetic. Boat will handle a variety of conditions as long as you handle sail area correctly as with any boat. I think if it is in great shape go for it.
